As a seasoned leader, Junaid’s strategic initiatives have significantly enhanced data utilization to achieve business outcomes. His focus on deriving value from data and gaining deeper insights has consistently led to growth, profitability, and improved operational capabilities.

Most recently, Junaid had spearheaded the Data Governance Strategy for two significant back-to-back bank acquisitions, CIT ($100B) and Silicon Valley Bank ($200B). He led cross-functional teams to drive integration across merging entities to ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations. He also focused on supporting the combined entity to derive value from data and achieve deeper insights to enhance growth, profitability, and operational capabilities.

His past technical leadership extends to overseeing engineering teams responsible for architecting, designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions, from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications.
